We will always adhere to Our Commitment to our Clients as stated above, so there should be no reason for you not to call on us to help.
You may have printing or scanning problems; if the issues arises through some problem in Windows, we should be able to deal with it. But if your printer or scanner itself is at fault, we'll probably recommend that it be replaced, since the cost of repair is likely to be more than the cost of a new device.
